What happens to your answers, and to a review request if you send one.
Last updated 05/10/2026
1. Who handles your request
Review requests go to the people who run Pilot Sheet. Email [email protected] about anything on this page.
2. Your answers to the check
Your browser works out the brief, and your answers stay in that browser tab. They clear when you close it. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you request a review and choose to include your brief.
3. When you request a review
We receive the name, email, company, role and question you send, what you'd like help with and when you expect to decide, plus your brief only if you tick the box. This site sends the request to us by email.
We use it to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We keep it while it's still needed for that, then delete it. We don't sell it or share it for marketing.
4. What's kept in your browser
After you send a request, your browser keeps its reference and a copy of what you sent, so the confirmation page can show them. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
5. Counting visits
The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies, and doesn't track individuals. It sees totals of page views, the site a visitor came from, and their country, browser and type of device.
The site also uses PostHog, without cookies, to see which pages and steps of the check get used. It keeps no IP address and records no sessions.
There are no advertising cookies, and the site serves its own fonts.
6. Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
